No such thing as luck but rather the mathematical statistical probability of an event to occur measured in a numerical percentage.

The statistical probability of an event (whether bad or good) to occur is measured in a numerical percentage. This numerical percentage increases or decreases depending on what the independent & dependent variables are. For example, @everhopeful 's ability to increase his reboot for a week will have 2x variables where the independent variable (x) is @everhopeful’s health & dependent variable (y) is @everhopeful 's motivation.

I don’t think so. Statistics & probability is taught in higher learning as a 1st or 2nd year course for certain undergraduate degrees for a reason.

Actuarial Science (the study & statistics of human causes of death) is a statistics course that is based on the happiness & sadness of families who bereave their loved ones.

If the report is a wrong prediction, we have sentenced an individual 
for the crime he has not committed.
By belief is one has an option to always change and for the people who don’t change statistics and probability will work very well on them !
Actuarial Science assists firms in industries such as pensions, insurance, investments and finance. Actuarial Science predicts the most likely cause of death & age of death of an individual based on health records, occupation & other biological factors. The science does not predict crime like the move, “Minority Report”.
