For those of you that have pets, do they sleep with you?
Would prefer if those without pets did not vote, as it will skew the poll.
Also, this poll is not meant for those with pets that are not capable of doing so, obviously. Maybe the fish people could sit this one out

I read an article recently that said that 1 in 5 dogs is allowed to sleep on the bed.

I have a cat, and he generally likes to sleep with me…as in directly on me. He will curl himself up on my chest, and i just have to put up with it. After all, it’s his bed…i’m just on it.
My old bedroom is now my cat’s bedroom!
She kicked me out and now I sleep on the couch
My husband, dogs and I sleep as a pack every night.
In our bed.
Thank gods we have a California king.
The only time we kick them out is when things get romantic.
Then they whine outside the door until the sex is over.

My three cats have all passed away now, but i voted yes because they all absolutely slept with us.

My little doggie bites my husband at night if he gets close to me. Therefore, even though he used to be allowed on our bed, he no longer is. Now he sleeps in a comfy bed at the foot of our bed.

When I lived on my own with just my cat the first thing I saw every morning when I opened my eyes was my cat sitting near my face looking at me. As soon as I awoke he would start purring and I would pet him for awhile. Great way to start a day!
Jimmy and I have kinda a routine. He basically sleeps on my bed throughout the day but when it’s my time to go to bed he goes and sleeps on top of my red sofa seat. I call the red sofa seat his throne LOL.
He used to sleep with me throughout the night though when he was younger. I miss it, and sometimes he still does.

Corgi and I sleep on the same pillow. I often fall asleep with her head on mine.
No, none of them. Wes is a massive dog, so he isn’t allowed on the bed. Both cats sleep elsewhere. Orestes, one of the cats, used to sleep with us, not long ago. But he stopped doing that. IDK why. Fable, the other one, hasn’t slept with us for the last 8 years. Also don’t know why.
My dog would, but he’s still too wild at this point. Also, he needs to learn where to lay. On top of people isn’t cool. He’s a giant breed.
