Look like I have successfully overtaken the original personality after years of struggle.
The original personality agreed to hand over the “ownership” to me last night.
This sounds crazy to you, but I have no other explanation for the personality change. Unlike the original personality, I have no confidence at all. I am amazed at how well “it” has taken care of many things. I believe I was split from the original personality at the age of 15. Does anyone has experience with what I am talking about?
Think I do. I’ve been a terrible procrastinator these last few years, and nothing on my to do list ever seems to get done.
Then some times I get this phase of efficiency that was like the old before SZ me, it’s like putting on a new suit that includes a new brain that works.
Don’t know where it comes from, or where it goes (sadly) either, and I really don’t care, I just want to master that formula to bring it back and keep it.
Been accused of being ‘Manic’ but no pdoc has ever confirmed that’s what it was…it cycles way to much for them to agree on anything it is, or to try to medicate it.
There is such a thing as rapid cycling and other kinds of fast cycles, I forget the names now.
They’re divided in hour, days, weeks, months
That’s what one pdoc suggested, rapid cycling, but it never had anything negative come from it, I just ‘switch’ to a highly efficient person for a while.
Yeah it happens to me too.
I just wish it would ‘switch’ to that person more frequently.
Mostly related to Bipolar with moodswings. Rapid cycling, Hyper manic etc etc. Since genetically Bipolar and sz are all related seems logical also.
Mental illness was all thought to come down to our thoughts (following our thoughts). Since we can’t see peoples thoughts all we can see is others personality it’s how we see it.
Unsure if a good thing or bad @Plumber usually when I feel I’ve come to a new beginning seeming outgrown the illness. It ends up being total chaos. Keep an eye on it.
At least you can relate. I am not alone.
Bipolar disorder?
I will. Thanks for the good advice.
But the “old personality” can still talk to me. It is an unknown symptom to me.
Yes, mood disorders.
