I only hear folk externally (like when I walk past them). Not so much out of the blue internal ones.

But of these external ones I often hear in Eastern European accents

99% of my external ones are to do with surveillance

My external are noises. Someone coughing when no one is around in the house, piano when I have no piano in my own place, etc.
Internals are the smart and eloquent voices

Yeah like really nice ambient synths and stuff. Stopped due to meds and me quitting street drugs.

I miss that music

I remember one time I had my music on shuffle when I started hearing beautiful music i had never heard before. Not realising this was a hallucination I spent like 6 hours going through every track in my possession to try and find it. Obviously I never found it

Hi Jim. Were you hospitalized for voices @anon94176359? I noticed you said you used to hear people talking to you when you walked by them. That’s what happened to me at the start but then I got real voices. Has your pdoc warned you that you could get real voices if not properly medicated? because no one warned me

Yeah my doctor warner me hearing stuff from folk walking past might escalate if I didn’t take my meds/treatment.

I was glad he did because I think left on my own things would have got bad. I became very suicidal with the external surveillance stuff

I applied and got seen by an inspector but he was critical of some money’s I had transferred into my account. I had a few weeks to give him proof of where the money came from but I never did. Just got a letter today saying I have been refused because I didn’t provide that proof. Not sure what to do now? What do you think?
