7 tips for recovery

I took this from a Brazilian forum:

1 - Take your meds everyday at the same time;
2 - Do psychotherapy if possible;
3 - Do physical exercises;
4 - Have hobbies;
5 - Meet new people;
6 - Eat healthy (find a good nutrionist or nutritional doctor);
7 - Avoid a lot of stress.

I can follow 5 of these 7 tips (1, 2, 3, 4 and 6). What about you?

You can avoid stress. It’s a good one. I kind don’t ask people to do what they should do, then I have I lot of work to do (at college I have a lot of group exercises).

Its very good @brugluiz that you open such a topic.
I think that the forum is not sufficiently oriented towards improvement and recovery.
A lot of factors influence our prospects, for example genetic factors.
However, I believe that its important to keep the eye on the ball and try to recover all the time.
And topic like the one you opened are helpful in that regard.

I do all of them except the psychotherapy. Therapy doesn’t work for me. I usually end up getting paranoid of my therapists. Either that, or I end up making the therapist angry somehow and he or she stops the therapy sessions with me permanently.
