I have been on ambien, but in the UK the doctors only let me have 7 tablets at a time, I think ambien is a good sleeping pill as long as you don’t do things when you are asleep.
I took 100mg of Trazodone at 8pm last night, went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 8am this morning, I was awake a total of about 1 hour during the night, but hey, I slept 8 hours last night which is really great, at 8am this morning I had some caffeine which took away all of the sleepiness caused by the Trazodone by 9am.
Caffeine is an addictive drug.
I only have caffeine first thing in the morning to stop me feeling sleepy, I never have caffeine after 9am because it makes my anxiety worse and I cannot sleep at night if I have any caffeine in my body.
