3200 x 1800 vs 1920 x 1080 laptop screen resolution

On a 13 inch screen. What are the benefits of each? What is good about the 3200 x 1800?

I used to be into IT. I didn’t make it far though so take my advice with a grain of salt. It really depends on what you plan to do with it. The more pixels per inch, the better the resolution. 1920 x 1080 has been the standard for good resolution for awhile now. 3200 x 1800 means it will be a clearer image. It means it has more pixels in the 13 inch screen. However you have to consider the power of the computer and again what you are going to do with it. If you are into games, resolution of frames per second are pretty important. If you mainly use it for the internet, word processor etc you don’t have to worry about resolution as much.

Pick a resolution that is big enough for your eyes to see.

Depends on what you are using the laptop for, 1080p is good and 1800p is better but you will need quite a lot more graphic power to do things on it.

13 inch screen is pretty small. I don’t know if the resolution would make a difference.

1920 x 1080 is good enough for a 13 inch screen. 3200 x 1800 is a luxury. Unless it’s a pretty cheap upgrade for you, I would stick to 1080p.
