stress is done on a simple scale.
PTSD is a major affliction. it’s under-diagnosed, and under served,
and typically leads to erratic behavior, drugs or alcohol addict,
and it’s all from near death experiences. Look it up, if you don’t believe me, or want to shut down this thread.
I was in 24/7 solitary for 5 months without meds. It’s not near death but I dare you to go through it and come out the same.
