I dont smoke but definitely drink about that much coffee. Doesnt help that i work in a coffee shop

I tried nicotine gums. But, they don’t work because the habit of smoking is more than nicotine intake.

Yes, but there is some drowsiness in the medications and drinking coffee helps with that. I have read smoking also increases concentration in those that have schizoaffective.

Not in the US. In the US they didn’t let me smoke and because of that reason I didn’t stay long in the hospitals.
I was quite similar during my degree. Except more cigarettes and less coffee.
Yes I need the caffeine and nicotine. But the serious lung and issues and cancer issues with smoking really concern me.I wish they made a stronger clear no flavor added nicotine to vape.
My grandpa had a heart attack at 50 years old from smoking 2 packs a day. Be careful.
Coffee doesn’t do anything for me anymore these days. I think my dopamine receptors are fried.
It takes a lot of coffee for you to overdose on the caffeine so don’t worry about that. The cigarettes are not good for you but I’m sure you are smart enough to know that so I won’t lecture you.
I cup of coffee per day, one diet root beer each day, lattes sporadically. Lots of green tea. Haven’t smoked for over thirty years.
