Congratulations!!! I quit in 2015. Havenā€™t had one since. My asthma has drastically improved. Itā€™s so worth it

Good! You should be at the point now where you should be clear. Just stay strong another month and pay attention to how much money youā€™re saving.

I remember when I hit a monthā€¦itā€™s never over for us smokersā€¦one is too much and a thousand isnā€™t enough. never think you can just smoke one manā€¦and you got this.
