A lot of people swear by these games and cognitive remediation is something of a buzz phrase in psychiatry. My experience of such games has not been one where my cognitive performance has improved.

I’m going to get out my ankle and wrist weights which are currently in a drawer.
I saw a bike that I wanted today. It cost $150 though, but it has a front basket, hand breaks, a comfy seat, and a back tie down area.

Man! I was so into those games about a year ago! I even had my grandma with early dementia try to play to help her improve. I noticed she didn’t improve, but it was good social interaction for her. I was hoping that those games worked, but I guess not! What a disappointment.
