My anxiety has slightly improved …by adding 25mg seroquel…which aps are u on @firemonkey …

When I get anxiety it makes it harder for me to think. I just want to go somewhere quiet when it’s bad.

Depakote has greatly reduced my Anxiety.
But the paranoia still lingers.
