Is arrogance reall humility deep down

I sometimes question this. I need to know.

It’s the fear of humility more I believe.

And yet the humble can be arrogant at times too…to er I suppose.

But yeah I guess a deep down and true humility would be relatively free of arrogance. All I know is that I respect the humble as opposed to the arrogant who I don’t respect…to a fault at times.

I think arrogance is insecure because arrogant people can’t help but notice that other people are sometimes reluctant to do their bidding. But if someone who is humble gets a refusal, they accept it. Someone who is arrogant goes into a rage. So the difference lies in the response.
