my butt is really sore lately even with the ointment on it

because of weight gain i developed haemoroids
This might be TMI but I get blood on the tp when I wipe. I don’t know if that’s a hemoroid or not but it gets irritated and painful sometimes.
i had to get my gp to check, its definitely piles with me and they are very irritated just now, if i walk without using the ointment i get blood too, the ointment isnt working as good now for some reason
i’m having a beer to try and take my mind off of it just now

Too much beer consumption can cause butt bleeding and hemorrhoids.
Just sayin…

What is the prognosis? Do they just go away on their own?
Are piles the same thing as hemorrhoids?

no, mine dont go away, until i put ointment on them but its not working that great now
ussually the ointment last a couple of days

Maybe consider taking a fiber supplement and or a stool softener. Also, drink plenty of fluids (water, not beer) This is more for longer term solution than for immediate relief.
