This is a good idea, @Plumber. I think Iā€™m going to make one for myself.

Someone else mentioned a comfort box, too, filled with things to distract you when your emotions get out of control. It was in the context of self-harm, but could work for anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, OCD.
