I mean it really zaps away that part of my brain. I really struggle with motivation. I wish I could start fighting back against the deterioration that comes with not feeling to do anything such as lethargy etc…
I want to start exercising 3 times a week. I remember pre-sz I used to look forward to working out. I used to love pushing myself. Perhaps I’ve outgrown it?!
Maybe I need to shift focus from looking at my fat body and think of my overall health? Still I need to keep myself motivated…
I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so I can’t take that drug. I wish I could though. It does a lot for add symptoms. I suspect I have a mild case of add.
I don’t want to start drinking too much coffee as I used to do before. Anything that stimulates me makes me super addicted. I have an addict personality when it comes to stimulants. And it ramps up my anxiety and messes with my stomach.
I used to drink 8-10 cups a day and now I only drink one cup every morning.
I haven’t brought it up with him. I’ll do it next time but I have an appointment from a year from now. Also pdocs around here don’t bother with overall health when you are on disability – as long as psychotic symptoms are in check. They just want to know if you are av danger to yourself or society.
Does Wellbutrin help you focus? Does it help with motivation? How long have you been on it?
I’ve been on it since 2020. It just activates me. I feel more encouraged to go for walks and do things. On the other hand it can make you a bit anxious, but in my case it’s a positive anxiety.
I also used to have suicidal thoughts and they disappeared on it.
That’s bad practice that you only see a pdoc once a year and that they don’t care about your wellbeing but just safety in general.
I see my pdoc every 4-6 weeks and even now abroad we’ll have a video consultation.
Do you take a multivitamin? I found that mine helps as well with my energy levels.

I don’t think it affects liver negative. Sarcosine is sort of a derivate of amino acids. Amino acids are natural to the body and well tolerated.
I take 1000mg in the morning. I tried taking 2000mg with a second dose in evening, but I think it disrupts sleep. But even with 1000mg only in the morning makes a noticable difference.
Zyprexa makes me crave sweets and feel mildly depressed. I also sleep a lot when I am on it. Zyprexa is not just horrible for me, but it’s a pretty grey world when I am on it.
