cashews, pecans, and pistachios I can’t enjoy nuts as much as I used to because enough of my teeth are missing that I can’t chew them with the teeth I would like. I have to use my front teeth to chew nuts, and that’s not as satisfying.

My favorite nuts are cashews but I eat almonds for the health benefits. They are supposed to be good for the memory according to Hindu Ayurvedic medicine.
