I think my favorite is beef (steak, burgers, roasts, BBQ), but i like pork and chicken as well. Nothing too exotic for me

Mine is sausage but I try not to eat very much of it because of course it is not good for me.

maybe a good buffet, like golden corral or chinese. But, i guess for one meal, I’d go with steak. Edit: oh i thought you asked for meal not meat.

I love lean steak. marronated in seasoning called sazon and adobo with 2tbs soy sauce. then slow baked in oven till well done.
