It is hard to smoke in the shower. I’ve done it, but the cigarette gets wet and unravels.

Hang in there. It really is a horrible drug and the addiction is extreme. That got to me just spending the money. I’m on a pension and the cigs were getting way expensive. I was spending like $15 a day on smokes. You add that up and there’s so much better things to spend it on.
Your doing the right thing and hope you continue to work through it!

Think of the money you’ll save by not smoking. Think how much your health will improve.

@FatMama Remind yourself why you quit and remember all the reasons, cancer, smoke inhalation, addiction. Then sing out loud and get your lungs moving in a positive direction and endure and hug the pain. It will soon be over. Gets better in 2 weeks.
