You know... This endless medication cycle

Do you ever think this never ends? Like you take one medication then you want to lower dose, and after lowering dose you want to change meds, this never ends for me. I should stick to one and forget about it, maybe is because i stay home with comfort and nothing to think about but meds meds and meds. I mean… Im schizophrenic and chasing the ‘‘being’’ normal, it doesnt end and i have to accept that. ( Drunk typing )

For me it took 10 years of med trials to find something good. I won’t change again unless Vraylar becomes available here. Then it will my last med change decision between Vraylar and my current medication Risperdal.

I’m scared of changing meds, I worry about relapse. I will be hospital free 3 years in march

I’m totally ok with taking medication until the end of my life. I have to do that for my physical disability anyways.

I am laughing now, lol, i am writing this like im suppose to be sad but cant, this medication is crazy. ( guys i am drunk, and very ok )

What meds did you try? Hopefully Abilify will work best for you. I tried Latuda, Abilify, Risperdal, Seroquel and Zyprexa.

When i got diagnose they gave me Zyprexa, then i stop meds on my own ( stupid me ) and got relapse, did that for like 2 time, then they tried shot of Invega and Risperdale for 1 month but when i got hospitalize they shot me 4 dose of Invega and gave me Risperdale pills, which i almost died then doctor put me back on Zyprexa higher dose.

Zyprexa never worked for me I was psychotic on it, they upped the dose up until 15mg then they added 25-100mg Seroquel still didn’t work and I was still psychotic. Then they put me back on Abilify 20mg.

Yeah, but from everyones history in here we are lucky to be at this time and age. I wouldnt want it to be in a cage or without meds.

Ok, nice to chat with you Aziz. Im going to watch Netflix and go to sleep ( lots of goodies this month ), see you on the next ‘‘post’’.

Have you tried Geodon?

No I don’t have a psychiatrist but I don’t see how Geodon will help as its the same as most other meds full dopamine antagonist. Meds that helped my negative symptoms are partial dopamine agonists like Abilify, Rexulti and Vraylar. I am waiting for Vraylar to be available here.
