Would any of these cause terrible nausea?

I take clozapine and lithium and lamotrigine before bed. 30 to 40 minutes after I get super nauseated and sometimes throw up. Its terrible. Anyone else get this?

My brother was on lithium. He said the side effects were awful.

I was on lithium for a year and did Okay. Except I went psychotic again.

A close friend of mine with Bipolar Disorder would throw up violently from Lithium. She said she had “Lithium toxicity.” I would bring up the nausea with your pdoc.

Do you take them on an empty stomach?

Not usually. If I sip gingerale sometimes it helps
