True ! But no one is bothered other than us 
like the world and me. I feel no one care if I am a heart patient or mental ill patient.
All people want to see the good side.
The thing is when there is bad only then there is good.
I am sure no one thinks who is good and bad choose to be 
people pass away every second in this world, my gratitude is overloaded every morning I awake and live
