I’m ok giving something an effort until something negative comes to mind. Then it’s work to change the negative thought into something more positive before I can carry on. It makes such a dance out of life. Balancing positive and negative. Because being all positive is just as unreal. One has to know when to quit, too.

My head gets pretty stuk in some negative things. The past, things I can’t change now, etc.
yea this is so important its so easy to get habitual and carried away with negative thoughts.
Especially remembering to recognise my own achievements and give myself a pat on the back for them .balance
