I could tolerate the slow passage of centuries if my mind and body remained young. Not just the gut microbiota, lol.

Unbelievable. He can speak well and looks like he is doing well.

Most people after 85-90 I see are bed-ridden. A lot of them tend to get dementia. But, he seems totally fit, both mentally and physically.

Someone I knew was a care taker for a lady which was almost 100. The lady was in poor health, but even so, the lady was always helping people. That dear old souls last words were “I wish I could help someone”.

What an amazing person she had to have been. You know, I would like to be an amazing person, not for me, or even acknowledgment, but to make a difference for someone else down the road. I guess that’s a decision people like that have to make one day, and then decide to change. Today is that day.
