Woebot the therapuetic app

The little app that could. If you’re interested in learning about cognitive distortions and in finding a better way to look at things this is a good little app. It takes only a few minutes of your time and can be done when you’re waiting in line or otherwise bored. Check it out. It’s not a replacement for a real therapist but rather a supplement.
