Am sick and tired of daytime. Is just full of stress so am determined to become nocturnal. The first night staying up is the hardest.
I go to bed ASAP because sleep is a break from thoughts.

Just stay gradual abd do it like that, no big overnight sleep schedule changes, incredibly destabilizing for me
i cant sleep during the day, i think the shock would kill me, if i dont sleep i go down hill fast
i need my 7-8 hrs sleep every night, wake up and do something in the morning
there is nothing happening at night though but i’m guessing thats why you like it

if i stayed in my flat all day and all night i would go nuts even on meds,

I don’t know tbh. Has been a while. I tried going out on Tuesday but the stress of it is still with me today

I don’t leave the house except for when I absolutely have to, maybe once every 2 weeks. I hate going out

Oh ok. So you’ve got a whole night ahead of you. I used to stay up all night. I liked it a lot. I never felt like i was missing out on anything during the daytime.
