Will I get sicker?

So I have a cold right now, but It’s too pretty outside not to go out. Will I get sicker if I go out? I know the cold is a virus, but will getting warm, fresh air worsen it?

I always think fresh air makes my colds better. If it’s warm and sunny, go enjoy it!

The weather won’t affect your cold. Colds, bronchitis and pneumonia and such are caused by viruses and bacteria, and not by weather or weather changes. Cover your nose when you cough or sneeze and wash your hands after using the toilet and before preparing food and before eating. These measures will prevent you from spreading your cold. And try not to shake or hold hands with anyone while you have your cold.

Thank goodness for that. It’s so beautiful out today. Nice and warm.

Warm weather always makes my cold feel better. If you have allergies, the pollen might aggravate your symptoms.

Uh oh… I do have allergies. I didn’t even think of that. But it’s perfect out…lol

Go have fun and enjoy the weather! Sniffles are temporary.

Besides, sunlight improves mental health.

IDK. I guess it’s good to get lots of rest and drink lots of liquids until the cold passes.
