Why why - why, why and why

I am pretty stuck with the NHS being the only service in town. Really wish I could go private

Maybe someone can explain the why to me?

Basically, I have settled on 300mg Clozapine, but I was told yesterday that the pdoc is increasing the dose to 450mg - going up 50mg a week for 3 weeks.

I told the pharmacist and case worker that my symptoms are 90% under control on 300mg Clozapine, yet they insisted with me yesterday that I must go to 450mg - a 50% increase

Not done anything wrong. I haven’t contacted the helpline for nearly a month now, and not really talked to my case worker.

Just have no idea why this is happening. Already I have constipation that I am taking laxatives for, and I am sleeping 10 hours a night - and still somehow getting to work each day

Why? Why do all of this now? As I said, 50% increase with only 10% symptoms left. Doesn’t make sense to me

Don’t have a face to face appointment with the pdoc until Mid-July…

I was just at the pulmonologist. I looked on computer at his notes from our session. I’m afraid I’ve been misunderstood.

Maybe you were misunderstood.

Dear joker I had to increase my Seroquel with 150 mg to 750 because I had only 10 % psychosis left(OCD). The symptomes just were to dangerous and now im blank in my head so I’m very happy now. The raise came with a prize namely constipation so now I take two sacks of laxatives each day.

I would maybe emphasise to the medical team that you are at risk of not being able to work if the dose is increased and that you think you can make it on 300mg if that’s how you feel.
