But, it also causes Osteoporosis, Muscle waste and, Worsens diabetes . . Testosterone normally counter-acts these things . . You should inform your doctor and, ask what to do . .
I’d just switch to lithium if your worried about this, there are alternative mood stabilizers.

The important thing to remember is that there are side effects for all drugs and what matters is whether the benefits outweigh the risks (or have a good risk profile).
You can’t complain about some study showing ball shrinkage after 10 years when you need the drug to handle your psychotic or mood disorder symptoms.

Yeah, if you read the article it also gives deformed and, mal-formed sperm . . That can give children, with birth - defects, so can Prolactin . . You need this information, if you decide to conceive . . Also, if the drugs stopped working, like they did for me, after 3 - 4 months, there are no Good reasons, for taking them . . Every day, they damage your health . .
Here’s an article, by an American mid - wife, saying Prolactin can do the same thing . .

I don’t know how common these things are, but most Mood - stabilizers say they can cause Birth - defects . . That also applies to men, but it’s up to you . . .
If you take a drug that can raise prolactin then you should get tested once in a while to see if it’s elevated, that’s what I did cause I take invega. And no problems here
Also, Epilepsy patients get 600 - 1200 mg Valproate, FDA Knowledge, it says so in the Papers . .
When you get 1500 mg and, it’s combined with other drugs, they Don’t really know what’s happening . .
You can get a sperm analysis, a Testosterone sample and, keep knowledge of size of balls, With the orchidometer . . They cost 50 - 60 <3
