Why does your voices start talking?

So i told my pdoc about this and she said to “investigate” myself like maybe is it something that triggers my voices/sounds. I think it’s rather stupid, i’m not an expert

I have one who triggers when I’m feeling cornered, threatened, impatient or irritated.

Another one triggers when I’m in need of comfort and affirmation.
A third one triggers when I hang out with bros, and a fourth one when I’m stressed or depressed.

I don’t think it’s stupid to explore what triggers them. It might give you good insight.

Pdoc also told me to watch if i lack sleep or if i spend too much time in front of pc etc etc

Your wpdoc sounds great, you could make a little diary and write how you feel if you got a voice, how you felt before within a few hours and after you slept /it disappears.

I thought it was stupid too. But now I realise that stress definitely triggers flair ups so now I can be ready with the PRNs.

Yes i wrote down every hallucination i had both visual or voices. I told my pdoc about them, and i have more to share with her in 1.5 month on next appointment

My (incomprehensible) voices start talking when it is late at night and I’m up on the computer or reading a book or magazine. I sometimes hear them in the a/c or heating systems. Also when the ceiling fan is on.

I hear voices in white noise all the time.

My main voice talks to me pretty much constantly from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep.

I started writing down my voices. I created a pdf of 12 pages. And this week a pdf of 6 pages. They are like poetry. I send it to friends to have fun

I write down what my voices say too! I filled six notebooks in a month in the hospital and have three others that I periodically write voice-hearings in at home.

I always thought because your thoughts are out of control. Were constantly observing and focusing on everything so we have thoughts on different things. There just uncontrolled. Or your mind just developed different personalities. Or demons ouuuuuuu :joy: nah idk really probably what i said first
