Why do we have a nasal congestion on meds?

I’ve read once here, that somebody here was having this also… But my ap comes with other side effects after it take  It dopes me in an unpleasant way on many aspects… My mind gets crazy too, my emotions suffer, but I feel this nasal congestion too, which is associated to kill my emotions too…
What’s this, pals? Why a nasal congestion from an ap? yeah, strange…

Higher dose of Risperidone I’m on, the more congested my nose becomes. When I was on 5mg it was a constant stuffed up feeling. I almost had to start mouth breathing.

I’ve had nasal congestion my whole life. It’s a pain in the butt. I don’t notice it any worse with meds. I take sigulair for asthma and it helps a little and I was taking psudo-ephederine but I recently stopped taking it to see how I would do and I’m pretty congested so I’m thinking I might get some more today. I don’t like taking it because they make me sign something saying I won’t manufacture meth-amphetamines with it. Meth-amphetamines? WTH? That’s the last thing I should be putting in my body. Thing is it really works on your sinuses. So Idk what to do. Anyway, to answer you question, I don’t know why meds cause this, maybe you’re allergic to one of the ingredients.

Ok, thanks for the answer, leaf… No, no, I am not allergic… Its just that it starts in my brain in fact… The Zyprexa messes with my brain so I feel this… It blocks my emotions too… Well, lower the dopamine of somebody, sedate it with Zyprexa, lower his thoughts and you get this… They are just heavy meds… When my Zyprexa wears off, I am better on this, but after it take, its always bad…
