I missed that post but I have noticed people not getting flagged for writing religious things about Christianity .
I am interested to read what you wrote but I guess I may not find out now.

If you see it, and it’s against the rules, flag it. That’s the community’s responsibility. Not just the mods.

I personally don’t think a mental health forum is the place to talk about politics or religion. Not everyone has the same views and no one is going to change people’s beliefs. With something like sz or any mental illness you never know what could trigger someone or push them over the edge of a mental breakdown. Everyone thinks what they believe is right and everyone else is wrong. That’s just asking for trouble.

I know I’ve written posts about my religious symptoms, which are christian in base. From my understanding it’s okay to talk about them in terms of symptoms. If you’re not talking about my posts, then excuse me. Kind of paranoid and kinda wanted to give my two cents.

It happens. It’s hard to moderate a large community and you need some rules. I get flagged every now and then. I don’t take it personally and I respect that others may be doing way worse than me at the time.
Religion and politics. Two things you don’t really bring up in most social circles.

I think religion when it comes to symptoms is fine. I wasn’t talking about your post as I have no idea what you’re talking about. I just joined so I really wouldn’t have a clue what anyone has ever posted. I’m just responding as to why this poster may have been flagged!

Sorry, I didnt mean for my original comment to be hostile. As I said fighting some paranoia, so I may be a little more sensitive and overthinking some posts here.

99% of the posts that talk about any form of politics gets flagged and locked. Some slip through the cracks, but most of them get locked.
I know I get stressed when people discuss politics, as do many other people. I dont want to get stressed/triggered on a support forum. Most of the time I ignore it, but sometimes it will bother me for days. I know that’s a personal problem, but I know others feel the same.
I’m not trying to be rude, but this isnt the place for politics. There are political forums for that stuff, kind of like how I dont post pictures of me hunting. Many people would be triggered by that and possibly disturbed. There are hunting forums I go to where I can share that hobby.
