I’m a hardcore Germany fan because I’m German lol. But my predictions are that for the semifinals it will be germany vs argentinia. And however wins that goes to the finals! Whoever it may be against. But Germany had won the most 2nd place wins, and most 3rd place wins. And if they win this one I think they’ll be on par with Brazil with wins. Italy was a great team and won the 2006 world cup but in recent years they’ve just totally sucked.

Germany vs. Brazil or France in the finals seems plausible. Maybe Russia even. I’m pulling for Saudi Arabia. Come on they can do it.

I doubt Russia can beat one of the major teams. They can definitely make it to the round 16. But possibly playing against Spain or Portugal is we’re they’ll die In the quarterfinals. And Saudi Arabia might make it to the rounds 16 is possible but they’ll die there too. Just being realistic but hey it could be like Greece 2004 Euro cup winner. That chance is always possible!

Saudi Arabia is never in the tournament. They are due. I understand what you mean though. Didn’t Germany win it when the world cup was in Germany? Did you go to any games when it was in Germany.
Italy won that world cup in 2006 when Germany hosted it. I didn’t go to any of the games. I was like 11 at the time lol. But I have seen Germany play a friendly game in Florida against Ecuador (my mom’s country) and witnessed Germany score it’s fastest goal which was like 9 seconds into the game lol. Best thing ever! But the tickets are just really expensive so I haven’t gone yet but I will someday when my son is old enough!

Oh whoops. Now I remember Italy winning was really exciting. That was the first world cup I watched. The Goalie for Italy is still playing. It makes me feel old when I watch him. So you live in Florida now?

No I live in Virginia right now. But I used to live in Alabama and my dad and me took a trip to Florida for about 2 weeks and it just so happened Germany was playing a game at Boca Raton, Florida while we were passing by so we went to it. But I’m moving back to Alabama with my parents in 3ish weeks for a few months until I renew my passport and then I’m moving back to germany!

I lived in Pensacola for about a year. Pretty much the same place. I really enjoyed it.

I took German in high school but I’m terrible at it. I’m told a lot of Germans speak English.
