Heck ya! St.Patrick’s day is one of my favorite holidays! Love corned beef and cabbage. Remember folks, don’t boil your corned beef, slow roast it all day. It comes out so tender, and is delicious.

I LOVE IT!!! I don’t do the cabbage coz I don’t care for it, but the corned beef YEAH, I’ve been making it for years and years, since I lived with my folks in fact, and that’s a LONG time ago, coz my Mom was half Irish and loved it so of course I made it every year. It’s not difficult. I love it.

When I was at school this bar would pour green food coloring in its beer and give away free green beer for a short amount of time early in the morning. There was a bunch of guys walking around with green teeth. Some of them came to this gymnastics class wanting to do gymnastics, but the professor said, “Nope, that’s not happening.”
