Where'd the time go?

I’m losing my memory rapidly. I have to ask the same questions of people repeatedly. I can’t remember things I’ve done just an hour before. I get lost regularly to familiar places even my house. I can’t find words and people have to finish my sentence for me. I lose track of conversations. I lose track of what I’m talking about and just awkwardly stop talking. No Dr seems to take this seriously. It is seriously affecting my life.
