I was in grade 2 eating glue to impress the girls
Pooping my pants and eating boogers.
I was here. This land this house. I was 37 at that time.
I was learning how to read.
No it was not depressing at all, I was in the military when the Soviet Union collapsed, I would have just hoped that the end result would have been better than it was during the Yeltsin era, I was happy that Yeltsin resigned on 12/31/1999.
Yeltsin was a massive disaster for Russia, was he not? Itās lucky that Putin seems to be very competent. Iām guessing heāll likely be remembered as one of Russiaās great leaders?
I would have been three years old. Probably playing with toys or Nintendo (NES) in my motherās apartment. I donāt really know if I was living in Florida or Wisconsin at that time. There was a lot of rapid changing in my environments when I was that young so the details are quite foggy (plus I was just too little to remember).
The NES was the best console ever! ![]()
So many good times playing games w/ my brother on it! ![]()
only thing i KNOW is that the WORLD became ā ā ā ā since we were left with just 1 Superpower
Some time ago I read one article about the increased level of schizophrenia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Basically stress in the society of the former SU caused more schizophrenia.
huh ?
Shouldnāt the collapse cause lesser stress?.
I was designing store fixtures for Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger working in a design / build firm. I started getting sick in about 94.
Lol then probably I should blame a former Yugoslavia.
I was a year and three months old. So doing whatever 15 month olds do.
I were acing math classes in odd ways.
And i were having sleep walking episodes.
Odd dreams of a seemingly unnatural nature.
I were also as well waking up in the night hearing odd creatures pacing the hallways.
I were alot of many places during this time.
I was thirty and I had about a year of sobriety. I had moved into a board & care home in San Jose. I had just got a part-time job and I had taken the bus to our community college and enrolled myself. My board & care home was the best, cleanest case home in the city but it was located in the most drug infested neighborhood in the city. During my stay there I saw a few houses get raided by the cops. I saw a few hookers walking around too. it wasnāt unusual at night to have police helicopters flying low over our neighborhood and sweeping the area with a floodlight and yelling at the people they were chasing through a megaphone.
Probably digging in my parents indoor plants or putting a bunch of toys in the laundry machine
Probably smoking a spliff near my new school age 16
