I was lucky age 22 I went to Amsterdam with my sister and her friend it was cold and new year we went via coach and ship
I’d love to go back to Ireland but my mum is in a home sadly and wouldn’t want to go without her as it’s her favourite place to visit her sister lives there
To be honest I get a little scared with going to other countries, because it is different culture……and they speak a different language. To be honest I don’t want to go to other countries.
I lived in Las Vegas for 4 years as a teenager. It gets cold in Las Vegas. Very cold. Move to Phoenix. It’s warmer there. I lived there for 10 years in my 20s and 30s. @Aziz. It might be a little too hot though.
I’m really not sure where I’d like to go because I have a lot of wanderlust (despite my anxiety around traveling)! I guess I’d like to go to the Czech Republic, particularly Prague. A very special person lives there…
@Aziz Phoenix is too hot. Northern Arizona is the place to be. Lake Havasu City has a perfect climate year round. But it is a retirement haven.
Phoenix is where all the young people are. They go north to the towns of Prescott, Flagstaff, and Sedona on the weekends where the climate is nice and there are lots of trees.
I went to Hawaii last month for the first time. I swam at Waikiki beach and hiked to a tropical waterfall. Where I want to go is Costa Rica, Ireland, and Latvia. I’m just not rich enough to travel very much.
I’m normally fine with flying, but idk if I could handle flying over an ocean. That might freak me out. The thought of going to a different country makes me nervous. If I could handle those things I would still be much more comfortable in an English-speaking country; Australia would be cool.
I prefer to stay in the USA. I’d love to visit NYC someday, as well as Northern California. I’d love to visit Alaska in the summer months, maybe Fairbanks.
