I’ve been where you are, honestly. It FEELS like everything is crap and always has been always will be… I’ve felt that. But by not ending my life I have myself the opportunity to continue to learn and grow. Just staying alive is more than half the battle, and then, since you’re alive, you can start to make choices that improve how you feel.
