I can feel the presence of them looking into my soul and reading my mind. It drives me crazy but as soon as someone locks eyes with me they can see it.

It’s just your Paranoia friend. 
I have a lot of weird things happen to me at times too. You are not alone in this. We all have a lot of weirdness going on I think. I sometimes think others read my thoughts as well or that I accidentally thought broadcast. It is scary. I am sorry you are experiencing this. I too am afraid of people. I think we are wrong though and that none of it is real.
