When is the last time you went swimming?

im trying to think. i think it was when i went to florida for spring break with my friend when i was 20 years old. so it’s been 15 years now. i got in a hot tub last august and it was uncomfortable, so i didn’t stay in long.

one time when i was unmedicated a few years ago, i got naked and got in the ohio river, but sat where it was shallow, don’t ask me why, i thought i was communing with nature or something in that dirty river haha.

i used to swim all the time growing up, but it’s not something i do anymore. even if i go to the beach i just get in where i can sea the ocean floor below, maybe up to my waist. i don’t swim much anymore.

Do we all have a “jumped in a river naked while unmedicated” story? It is like an unspoken rule of psychosis or something.

I fear the deep end now. Been about 5 years since ive swam.

I went swimming the night before last. I have a pool and a hot tub. Haven’t used the hot tub lately though. It’s been about two weeks.

haha yeah. i turned mom and dad’s beach into a nude beach for 30 minutes. i thought i had privacy, but wouldn’t do it again.

Last summer, my neighbor lets me and my brothers swim any time at his place, he leaves us the backyard door open when he’s not there.

Some ppl were walking nude in my mental hospital, it should have something with mental illness.

mom and dad are considering putting in an above ground pool, is why im thinking about it. i would swim more if they put in a pool.

Once a man in the morning walked nude and security guards brought him back to his room. Another guy came to my room naked at night, I was going to beat him up if he touched me but my roommate yelled at him and he went back to his room.

I’m guessing it’s been 30 years since I’ve gone swimming. It’s really pleasant. I can’t now that I’m on oxygen.
