So today I was flipping through Netflix to see what’s new. I was excited to see the movie “A wrinkle in time”. I’ve been waiting for a chance to see it. Madeleine L’engle is one of my favorite authors and this movie plus I’m assuming another 2 are based on her trilogy. It’s a cute movie.
When I was in my twenties, I was ill with psychosis. I read lots of inspirational children’s literature in those years, including the books you mention.
There are so many good authors geared to children and young adults
George MacDonald’s story “The Wise Woman” was a game changer for me. It gave me a plan how I could improve my lot in life.

I’ve read several by him and he’s a great author. Unfortunately I can’t read anymore but I’m going to see what I can get on audiobooks
And . . . they are making movies . . .
I love watching movies that bring me back to the time I read the books
I’ve never read A Wrinkle In Time but I’ve heard good things about it.
I hope you enjoyed the film version of it.
It was pretty good. Didn’t exactly follow the book but was entertaining
