And yeah me too tbh. But I know it doesnt work for me. Even when I jsut have “med holidays” (which I don’t advise) after more than a day I get a low period a week or so afterwards.

I am glad she is gone since she is the moderator who suspended me for just under 1-year. In her words, she would “enjoy” suspending me. Where is the ethical behavior in regards to her statement and action especially being a moderator? I can’t say the same for the other moderator who suspended me for 6-months because I was being too “combative”.
We really should not have this thread open where Zombie is not here to respond or defend herself, so I am going to close.
