What's your favorite horror movie?

I want to say 1408, because it made me jump out of my skin when I was 10 years old.

But, recently I saw a movie called Oculus. I won’t give away much, but there’s this mirror right? It twists reality and kills people. So this girl gets her brother to help her outsmart the mirror. With cameras and everything, as proof to the world that the mirror is evil. And my single favorite part of the movie is when the mirror adds footage to the tape that literally never even happened! It’s crazy.

My favorite horror movie is “Angel Heart”. I think it came out in 1987. It’s the kind of movie you can really get lost in. Micky Rourke was perfect in this movie. All the acting is superb. It’s not the kind of movie that makes you check the back seat of your car when you get in, but it is plenty creepy.

Never seen 1408 but I will check it out. Oculus was boring to me, I never even finished it. The movie that made me jump out of my skin the most was Last Shift, I think it’s called. It’s on Netflix. But that’s as an adult. When I was kid any horror flick creeped me out. I love horror movies, makes me feel alive. Im anxious to see Conjuring 2.

@crimby I’ll check that out. I like Micky Rourke.

Also forgot to mention The Others (which has one of the best endings in any movie). here are the three movies everyone

www.imdb.com/title/tt2388715/ - Oculus
www.imdb.com/title/tt0230600/ - The Others
www.imdb.com/title/tt0450385/ - 1408

mine are …
the uninvited…
anabella…
emily rose…
etc etc…

“Angel Heart” is available for free on Youtube, in an abridged version. I watched that version, and then I went ahead and paid for a longer version on Youtube to see what they had put in the extra 20 min. I was disappointed. There was nothing in the longer version that made it that much better than the abridged version. Angel Heart is the kind of movie you can watch several times and see different things in it each time you watch it. I think the second and third viewings could be better than the first.

Not sure if it’s a proper horror but ‘the thing’ by John carpenter is my fave

The Blair Witch Project

Well since the movies reflect my life as Satan here on earth… anything that has to do with me works! I love all devil movies, witch movies, demonic movies, oculus was AMAZING! I love all horror movies, and Wes Craven’s energy lives inside of me. I am in the middle of writing a horror movie actually.
