I stayed up last night to reset my sleep schedule so this topic is relevant to me today.
I’ve gone around 3 days without sleep before. What’s the longest amount of time you’ve gone without sleep?
Like a month…15
Seriously?

About a month.
I would lay in bed every night for 8 hours with my eyes closing just resting, but I wouldn’t actually fall to sleep. Maybe for 20-30 minutes I would kinda drift off but I wouldn’t really call that sleep. it was awful. I can’t sleep at all without sleeping pills ever since quitting olanzapine. I was miserable.
Now I take 1.5mg clonazepam every night before bed and I sleep for about 8 hours on average. So far so good.
I have gone about 4 days.

The longest I’ve gone is 3 days. And the more tired I got the harder it was to sleep. I was so stressed out. And my body kept jerking while I laid down from the excess fatigue. But, I finally succeeded and slept
Yeah… but wasn’t in the right state…
Wow, @anon65069908 and @Headspark are making my 3 days look like nothing. A month is just crazy! I can’t imagine going a month.
It’s not fun! ![]()
2 hours because I always fall a sleep
About 5 days, in a manic state.
Yeah, for like maybe two full weeks? That was part of my first psychotic break
3 days is usually the maximum for me too.
A day and a half.
About two days on purpose when I first got psychotic and I was not on any medication. I started hallucinating. I never tried it again.
Maybe like 4 or 5 days?
The aftermath was not okay.
3 days and that was awfull. I went psychotic.
I think it was more or less 9-11 days. I ended up in hospital because my heart was starting to give in. It was a nightmare. I had insomnia for about 3 years and compared to that my life is a vacation now. I am able to get decent sleep, not every day, but for the most part.
2 days before my mom checked me in.
3 days. 1515151
