I’m weaning of Effexor and I am very depressed..
Thinking to switch to sertraline.Whats max dose?

According to the Mayo Clinic website–
" * Adults—At first, 50 milligrams (mg) a day, taken either in the morning or evening. Your doctor may adjust your dose as needed. However, the dose is usually not more than 200 mg per day.’

But Effexor is worst drug to came of…
My dr is on vacation.
i only have 50mg a day

Thing is that is shortage of Effexor,and I must find another ad.No generics either…
