We had leftover cut up chicken breast from last week that needed used, so I made us some gluten free battered chicken nuggets! They were really good. I used this recipe and switched the regular flour for 1:1 gluten free flour. Added powdered onion, powdered garlic, chili powder, and a bit of honey to the batter. Recommended. Absolutely delicious.

I just had dinner. Bread rolls with jelly. Nothing special besides that I got them fresh from the bakery.

Making a smoothie. I live on either smoothies or veggie bowls that come frozen and I have to microwave them. I can’t cook, and I’m not interested. (I bake really well, though.)
