Oh nwvermind this was a genuine question. It was just a silly meme back in the day,when Photoshop was new and most people didn’t know how realistic faked pictures could be.
This was also before google had a safe search option. So you would tell people to google a seemingly innocent phrase. Then they would see gross looking photoshopped genitals. Kind of the same premise behind lemon party and Meatspin
