What to do if I can feel an episode coming?

I usually drink a cup of tea or something and take a sleeping tablet and sleep if I am feeling psychotic.

Or just go lay down in bed and wait for sleep time and hopefully feel better the next day and make sure to eat and drink and take medication and tell someone I’m not feeling so well.

Sometimes I write down a to do list even if really simple things such as I might write down have breakfast then I do that and tick that of my list I might write down get dressed and brush teeth I write down simple every day things that are not so easy to do when you are feeling unwell …
