Example: Its when there is a conversation and 3 people involved, and there is no value to your opinion, and I am looked down upon. Due to some reason where the other two firmly believe , I have no experience or considering as an outcast.

I have no idea as im the most proud person i know but. If i had to answer id probably say its making yourself small. Its humility, which comes from humiliation, or that feeling of humbleness.
Its to see yourself as one of the bunch rather than as the best. Its saying i am the least, but not in a self harming way. Its asking who am i?
It might sound like something that someone might not want to do but the results of employing this attitude are very rewarding
When you humble yourself you are in return exalted, and when you exalt yourself or become pride you are humbled.
So by saying, for example, somone says you did a great drawing. The humble thing to do i think would be to say, "thank you! Youre very kind 
im not the greatest artist in the world but i love to draw and i tried. Thabk you again
Or you could be proud and say âyea i know im the bestâ.
One makes other people and the world love you and want to raise you up, pride makes peopel dispise you and you only end up looking like a fool.

I think its basically being modest about your self estimation in relation to the outer world and inward world. Could be with regards to percieved achievements, or acquisitions of âsuccessesâ or things. The percieved odds of you acquring some quality and your regard for it. Are you overblown with arrogance say or humility?

Sorry let me rephrase that. Its not denegrating your self worth⌠or your intrinsic value as a human being⌠only in sort of outward matters.
Saying âim a worthless piece of garbageâ
Is way too far lowering the self in ways it should not be lowered, and is self harm
Saying "im unique and special as a person (keeping intact your dignity) but you know i could be a more loving person i think i really need to work on that. Is humility
And saying âyea im the best better than everyoneâ is pride
Aristotle calls it hitting the mean or the in between. Too much force and you shoot the bow too far, to little force and you shoot the arrow nkt far enough. With just the right aim though you hit the target and it is an accomplishment
Its one of the most difficult things to do. Thats why virtuous people are praised so much in society etc because its not easy being virtuous. It takes time and effort to understand how much is too much and when its not enough. This balance goes with all the virtues. Too much food and its unhealthy, too little and its unhealthy etc. Balance in everything

Its not always âmore is betterâ its like painting a picture. Its a delicate and challenging task that requires balance, thought, flexibility, skill etc. Its a dance or like walking a tightropeâŚwe have to walk and balance in the middle.

Why are you thinking you donât understand? Itâs quite okay to not understand something too mind. Just because humility exists supposing it does beyond the word, or appearance of certain behaviours, doesnât mean you have to obtain this or be humble. Just political correctness or community likes people to ingratiate others by appearing humble maybe. I like this analogy of a bucket full of crabs. As soon as one crab 
tries to escape. All the others crabs pulls the escaping crab back into the bucket. Be yourself. Just might hurt in the process of finding who you are.

Lol I was more talking on humiliation.
While these two words are derived from the same root, they are on opposite ends of the spectrum in regards to meaning.

Knowing that you might not have been dealt the right cards but you continue to try to get through life the best you can and remaining humble about it. Sounds really hard, right. I still have hope for myself and others.

I googled it, i think in democracy humility is important. Your vote for example is one of many votes and the acceptance of the outcome can be humiliating, when your vote is not in your favour.

its a way of relating to others that doesnât put you over them. i think its related to the word humiliate which basically means to bring down.
