What solution for the tar on my teeth?

Sorry if this post its dumb but i wanted to talk to you before talking to my dentist.
I am a heavy smoker and i brush my teeth just once a day, so i have some tar on my front teeth. I hope i translate the right word(i am not English:()… Its very ugly if i smile etc etc. I get this tar just five days after a professional clean.
what can i do for this? To buy myself an oral tooth shower, or an ultrasound toothbrush? will they’ll be effective? Can a vinegar help this? I try sodium now and it didn’t help really… I just look for the best cleaning option at home cause i cant go to the dentist every 5 days, you see that…
Do you have tar too, do you see what i mean?

Have you tried a whitening toothpaste? and brushing more often?

I dont brush my teeth much bc i am not in the mood in the morning for that taste but luckily i dont smoke and have little sugar,

My teeth still gets plaque build up though which i may need to get treated, i love my teeth and i do worry about them and i should treat them with more care.

You can also get some other stuff to put on your teeth that can clean them but i heard it may damage teeth if left on for too long, you can get it cheaper over the internet and do it yourself but i’d recommend going back to the dentist for that.

Do you use filters when you smoke? have you tried vaping? it may help and its healthier for you  hope this help x

I am hypoboulic. That means that i am few active… Brushing my teeth is tough for me often still… yeah, i don’t take good care of me, its a pity. But when you are depressed like this, its hard for the health…
Yes, i use filters, but i wont vape, my life sucks too much without my cigarettes now
I wonder if the oral douches are strong enough to clean the tartar. Or the ultrasound toothbrushes? My ordinary electrical toothbrush doesn’t do the thing.
but thanks for the answer daydreamer, maybe just brushing them often is the only cure… But i smoke so much, idk…

Absolutely no idea. This is a new one for me. Smoking immediately starts staining your teeth. It may take a short while for enough stain to build up for you to notice it. Cosmetically, superficial stain can be removed by a dental professional. After a dental cleaning, if your teeth still seem too yellow, discuss bleaching with your dentist.

Personally, I would worry more about getting oral cancer and other medical ailments, and perhaps one day dying from smoking than if putting aluminum foil on my teeth is safe or not. Cancer and dying is worse than stains on your teeth. These are your choices and you will have to live (or die) with the decisions that you make. Think about it. Is it really worth the risk?

Sorry for this comment, but I once observed an autopsy and it looked like someone had crumbled charcoal briquets throughout the lungs.

Ok thanks… it will be difficult for me to stop the cigarettes now. I have no life, i need them. I am still like possessed when i open some of my posts, sorry. On youtube, they say vinegar or just soda or just lemons can help the tartar. But its mainly the professional cleaning which is the best i guess. Brushing more often is also better.

Try charcoal toothpaste, but it will be better if you visit your dentist.

Tooth whitening has gone down a lot in price. A one off can last years they will give your teeth a good clean up and remove them stains. It might be worth considering.

If you don’t have (a) fake tooth/teeth you can try those Crest Whitestrips. They seem to work.

a good you tube video about it. uses lemon juice, vinegar, Cant remember
